This coffee from the high altitude region of Guatemala, Huehuetenango. Actually pronounced "way-way-tin-ongo"! It's fun to say, a pleasure to roast and even more enjoyable to drink morning and afternoon.
This coffee offers a rich, smooth experience with flavors of milk chocolate, vanilla, and pear, enhanced by the complexity of brown spices and pecan. The mountainous terrain and unique micro-climate, supported by dry winds from Mexico’s Tehuantepec plain, create ideal growing conditions at altitudes of 5,000-6,500 feet. The washed process ensures a clean, well-balanced cup, allowing the terroir to shine through. This regional blend, representing the diverse communities of Huehuetenango, is a great choice for those seeking a sweet and aromatic coffee with medium acidity and body.
* Great for just about any brewing method.
