Domestic Shipping

  • At Virtuous Cycle Coffee, we take pride in delivering our meticulously crafted products to your doorstep. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • We strive for timely fulfillment, with orders typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Your coffee should arrive within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order is on its way, we'll send tracking information to the email provided during checkout, keeping you connected to the journey of your brew.

  • If your location has specific postal restrictions, please reach out to our support team at virtuouscyclebrews@gmail.com for tailored assistance.

Subscriptions Details and FAQ's

  • Bag Size: Each regular coffee subscription bag is 12oz, which brews approximately 21 cups of filtered coffee. (Each Office Subscription is 2.5lbs)

  • Shipping Date: We ship all subscription orders on Wednesdays.

  • Billing Date: Your credit card will be charged on the same day of the week that you originally placed your order, based on your selected frequency (bi-weekly or monthly).

  • Changes: You can log in to manage your billing information at any time. To cancel or modify your subscription, simply email us at virtuouscyclebrews@gmail.com, and we will promptly assist you.

  • Support: For any questions regarding our coffee, brewing tips, or delivery services, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at virtuouscyclebrews@gmail.com.

  • Our commitment to quality is unwavering, and we want every cup to be a source of delight. If your coffee doesn’t meet your expectations or there’s an error with your order, we’d love the opportunity to make it right.

  • Sometimes, a small adjustment in your brewing process can elevate your coffee experience. If that’s not the case, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of your purchase.

  • To share your concerns or request a return, please contact us at virtuouscyclebrews@gmail.com with any relevant details or images.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items.

MERCH. & EQUIPMENT RETURNS

  • We extend our commitment to excellence to all our products, including merchandise, apparel, and equipment. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

  • To initiate a return, please email virtuouscyclebrews@gmail.com with your name, order number, purchase date, the items in question, and the reason for return. Please ensure the items are returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Kindly note that return shipping charges are not covered by Virtuous Cycle Coffee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All refunds for online purchases will be processed to the bank account associated with your purchase.
